Eric S. Hart
Eric S. Hart brings to the Collateral Group over 20 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, sales management, real estate finance, asset management, multi-family and residential development, architecture and mechanical engineering. Mr. Hart was previously a principal for Cove Capital Partners where he managed the acquisition, financing, rehabilitation, repositioning and management of multi-family investments. Earlier in his career, he was a partner in a Southern California residential real estate development firm specializing in entry-level housing. He has held prior executive positions at insurance and investment firms Prudential, Providian, Aegon and Jackson National Life. Mr. Hart holds a B.S. degree in architectural engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.

Eric L. Keillor
Eric L. Keillor is a 25-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry and possesses an extensive background in all facets of lending, including underwriting, appraisal, risk management, capital markets, wholesale management and direct sales. He has originated residential, commercial, and mixed-use mortgage loans for Citibank, First Nationwide Bank, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and Goldman Sach’s Senderra Funding. As a divisional manager at RBC Mortgage, he oversaw all loans originated in California and led the country in wholesale sales volume for three straight years. Mr. Keillor holds a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
